客變不額外收費：客變流程會先簽訂設計合約，需預繳總設計費的 30%，此外不會再額外收取費用。設計費依屋況計算：新成屋 7,500 元/坪、中古屋 8,500 元/坪（最低收費 110,000 元）。提案費（雙北丈量 10,000 元、台中以北 15,000 元、台中以南 20,000 元）可於簽訂設計合約後折抵。以上金額不含稅，稅金 5% 另計。
Unit modification carries no separate fee — a design contract is signed first with 30% of the total design fee prepaid, and nothing further is charged. Design fees are based on property type: new build NT$7,500/ping, resale home NT$8,500/ping (minimum NT$110,000). Proposal fees are deductible after signing a design contract. Prices exclude 5% tax.
工程預算：新成屋約 8 萬/坪起、中古屋或毛胚屋約 15 萬/坪起，工程管理費為總工程的 10%。承接總工程款 100 萬以上的案件。實際金額依材質與設計而定，且不含稅金、設計費、空調、廚具家電、衛浴設備、窗簾與傢飾等。
Construction budgets start from roughly NT$80k/ping for new builds and NT$150k/ping for resale or bare-shell homes, plus a 10% project-management fee. We take on projects with total construction of NT$1M and above. Figures exclude tax, design fees, HVAC, appliances, sanitary ware, curtains and soft furnishings.

共六個階段：①面談・熟悉彼此 ②現況場勘丈量・提案 ③設計簽約 ④設計定案 ⑤工程簽約 ⑥合約保固・空間拍攝・軟裝擺放。丈量後約需 10–15 個工作天進行規劃。
Six stages: consultation, site survey & proposal, design contract, design confirmation, construction contract, and warranty with photography & styling. Planning takes about 10–15 working days after the site survey.
