設計費依屋況計算：客變 3,500 元/坪、新成屋 7,500 元/坪、中古屋 8,500 元/坪（新成屋與中古屋最低收費 110,000 元）。提案費（雙北丈量 10,000 元、台中以北 15,000 元、台中以南 20,000 元）可於簽訂設計或客變合約後折抵。以上金額不含稅，稅金 5% 另計。
Design fees are based on property type: unit-modification NT$3,500/ping, new build NT$7,500/ping, resale home NT$8,500/ping (minimum NT$110,000 for the latter two). Proposal fees are deductible after signing a design or unit-modification contract. Prices exclude 5% tax.
工程預算：新成屋約 10 萬/坪起、中古屋或毛胚屋約 15 萬/坪起，工程管理費為總工程的 10%–12%。承接總工程款 150 萬以上的案件。實際金額依材質與設計而定，且不含稅金、設計費、空調、廉具家電、衛浴設備、窗簾與傢飾等。
Construction budgets start from roughly NT$100k/ping for new builds and NT$150k/ping for resale or bare-shell homes, plus a 10%–12% project-management fee. We take on projects with total construction of NT$1.5M and above. Figures exclude tax, design fees, HVAC, appliances, sanitary ware, curtains and soft furnishings.
